O365 and Sharepoint Administrator

Techno Global Team is currently seeking to fill an “MS Sharepoint Administrator” position for one of its growing campaign Correct Solutions. As such, you are responsible for the fast, efficient implementation of all customer projects on schedule and in budget following Project Procedure.  Including but not limited to Sharepoint, Teams and O365. Also, you will be dealing with internal staff and external customers to rectify and solve customer’s issues.

While working in a high-performing dynamic team and reporting directly to the helpdesk manager. You will need to have an eye for detail, good time management, be a logical thinker, methodical in your approach, persistent and diligent, able to solve issues, and work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage applications (Sharepoint, Teams, O365, etc) from Set up to Implementation
  • Development of “add-ons” within the application
  • Expedite tasks assigned by the relevant project manager.
  • Maintain good and reliable communications with all project stakeholders.
  • Report any over the budget task to the relevant project manager.
  • Identify project risk and report to the relevant project manager.
  • Bring project issues to the attention of relevant project manager or senior project engineer and work for a resolution.
  • Report project progress to senior project engineer or relevant project manager as defined in the project plan.
  • Finalize and review projects and report to senior management on the outcomes.
  • Communication with external third parties as required on certain projects.
  • Assistance with the implementation of internal projects.
  • Provide support for the post-implementation, troubleshooting and maintain project-related information in the internal system.
  • Use ConnectWise, Kaseya, and Brightgauge to be informed of the team and own workload.
  • Working with others within different departments to continuously improve upon standards, procedures, and processes.
  • Measuring, recording, analysing and improving customer satisfaction for existing clients.
  • Understand the company vision, values, and purpose and work according to these.
  • Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Teams / Sharepoint Implementation and supporting
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sharepoint on-prem to Sharepoint Online / Teams Migration
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sharepoint, Form, Flow and other Related Apps Development
  • Understand the company vision, values, and purpose and work according to these.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of business.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Appreciation and experience managing customer service level delivery.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Desire to continue to learn about new technologies and keep a finger on the pulse of new trends.
  • Motivated and goal-orientated whilst being flexible in the growing nature of the business.
  • Highly Desireable

  • PowerBI and other MS Power Apps development
  • Mailbox Migration
  • Office365 Security Practice Implementation
  • Certifications (Good to have but not required)

  • Microsoft Office365 and Azure, ITIL certifications will be highly regarded. We are located at 17/f Eco Tower 32nd Ave cor 9th St, Bonifacio Global City which is near St Luke’s, Market Market and Serendra.
