Project Implementation Technician – Correct Solutions

Techno Global Team is currently seeking to fill a ‘Project Implementation Technician’ position for one of its growing campaign Correct Solutions. As such , you will be responsible for the fast, efficient implementation of all customer projects on schedule and in budget following Project Procedure. Also, you will be dealing with internal staff and external customers to rectify and solve customer’s issues.

While working in a high-performing dynamic team and reporting directly to the helpdesk manager. You will need to have an eye for detail, good time management, be a logical thinker, methodical in your approach, persistent and diligent, able to solve issues, and work in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Services Manager
  • Expedite tasks assigned by relevant project manager.
  • Maintain good and reliable communications with all project stakeholders.
  • Report any over budget task to relevant project manager.
  • Identify project risk and report to relevant project manager.
  • Bring project issues to the attention of relevant project manager or senior project engineer and work for a resolution.
  • Report project progress to senior project engineer or relevant project manager as defined in the project plan.
  • Finalise and review projects and report to senior management on the outcomes.
  • Communication with external third parties as required on certain projects.
  • Assistance with the implementation of internal projects.
  • Provide support for the post implementation, troubleshooting and maintain project related information in internal system.
  • Use ConnectWise, Kaseya and Brightgauge to be informed of the team’s and own workload.
  • Working with others within different departments to continuously improve upon standards, procedures and processes.
  • Measuring, recording, analysing and improving on customer satisfaction for existing clients.
  • Understand the company vision, values and purpose and work according to these.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within a range of suppliers, vendors and partner companies relevant to the day to day activities of Correct Solutions.

  • Motivated and goal orientated whilst being flexible in the growing nature of the business.
  • Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Citrix and ITIL certifications will be highly regarded.
