Sales Administrator – GPK

Supporting the Business Development Managers to ensure the sales transactions are progressing smoothly.


Primary Job Functions

  • Take calls from potential clients/ emails enquires and send quotation and provide documents as requested
  • Order Management
    • Prepare Quotation
    • Prepare Sales Order
    • Co-ordinate deliveries
    • Monitor status of order (ETA, delays or issues)
    • Update customers and BDMs accordingly
    • Invoicing
  • Manage prospect contacts and encode in CRM
  • Route opportunities to the appropriate BDMs
  • General Data Entry
  • Maintain subscription renewal
  • Review reports on a daily basis and action based on report requirements
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

Qualifications

  • Strong computer technology product knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Excellent time management skills, knowledge and experience with Word & Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Sound Communication skills – excellent in English, written and verbal
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and researching skills
