Dust off those low-rise jeans, chunky highlights, metallic fashion, and frosted tips! The early 2000s were all about bling, pop stars, flip phones, and attitude. Channel your inner Britney, NSYNC, Usher, or Yeng Constantino and get ready to SLAY! 

Mechanics

  1. Eligibility
  • Open and exclusive to all Techno Global Team employees (solo, duo, or group performances). 
  • Each team can consist of 1 to 10 members. 
  • No professional performers allowed—this is for fun! 

 

  1. Registration
  • Sign up your act via the Online Registration on or before May 9, 2025. 
  • Indicate your song title and artist, and whether you’re going solo, duo, or group. Please list all your members 
  • First-come, first-served basis for song selection—no duplicates! 

 

  1. Performance Rules
  • Time Limit: The performance should not be less than 3 minutes and not more than 5 minutes. Each participant will be given one (2) minutes preparation time.  
  • Lip Sync only – no live vocals. 
  • Must stick to the Y2K era (1998–2005) for songs and references. 
  • Bring your own costumes and props. Go big on early 2000s fashion! 
  • Dance moves, drama, and exaggerated expressions are highly encouraged. 
  • Back-up dancers are allowed 
  • Songs should be clean and appropriate for a company setting. No profanity, nudity, or inappropriate material is allowed  

 

  1. Technical Guidelines
  • Submit your final audio track (MP3 format) to the event coordinator at least 3 days before the event. 
  • Basic lighting and sound will be provided—let the committee know if you have specific cues.

       Grand Winner: PHP 20,000 + trophy

Entries/Contestant Guidelines: 

  • Final Performers are requested to submit photos/videos of rehearsals and participate in a group photoshoot and interview for event promotions/commercials.  
  • Participants are requested to be at the venue an hour before the official start of the event contest. The organizers reserve the right not to allow participants who will come late during the actual event.  
  • Contestants are allowed to perform as long as there are no obscene, lewd or vulgar words in their material.  
  • The top 3 talents with the highest rate as determined by the panel of judges shall be declared winners –Grand Winner, Second Place, and Third Place respectively. Should there be more than 3 entries, 2 will be deemed consolation winners.  
  • The TGT Lip Sync Battle will strictly start at 7:45 pm, May 31st, at Xylo BGC.  
  • Non-appearance of the perfomer/s during their turn of performance shall be immediately and automatically disqualified  
  • Prior to the event, TGT Organizers will draw names of performer/s to determine the sequence of performance during the contest proper.  
  • Finalists should be available for a tech run on the day of event for stage blocking and technical rehearsals. Tech rehearsals will be at 3PM on May 31, 2025. 
  • Judges’ decisions are final.

Sales

  • Make outbound telephone calls  
  • Set appointments with Decision Makers (DM) for the Outside Sales Team  
  • Research and Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Outside Sales team 
  • Preform follow-up activities  
  • Attend virtual sales meetings  
  • Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in our CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Director of Inside Sales

What you will provide: 

  • To serve as the escalation point of the Sales Team regarding technical concerns and inquiries
  • To provide technical advice, quality and compatibility checks for custom built systems
  • To create, follow up and process system quotations for the sales team or the customer directly.

What you will provide: 

  • Take price or schedule enquiries from previous and new customers of an Australian service company and convert them to sales bookings.
  • Upsell other products and services to customers to increase the job value of initial service enquiry.
  • Manage customer service issues and ensure all leads and service enquiries are actioned prior to end of business day
  • Manage job scheduling and logistics of Australian operations as liaised with the Australian business operations manager
  • Report franchise and technician service issues to Head Office. Coordinate technical enquiries that are beyond the scope of support.
