Key Responsibilities:

• Active Directory Administration/ Azure AD (creation of users’ accounts, password reset, unlock accounts, account filter access, etc.)
• monitoring with Backup systems/ technologies (Symantec, Veeam, Veritas, Storage Craft) – at least one
• Office 365 Administration (user mailbox creation, shared mailbox and DLs management, email security MS application support, license management etc..
• Provide support for IT-related issues involving Microsoft’s applications and operating systems
• Support of disaster recovery solutions diagnosing and rectifying WAN and LAN issues, and wireless networks.
• Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services
• Monitoring and management of System Alerts 


• Experience in Active Directory, DNS and Windows domain environments
• Experience with Connect Wise ticket management and time sheet logging system or any similar ticketing platform.
• Sound knowledge of Backup technologies (Storage Craft or any similar system)
• Office 365 Administration
• Strong Desktop troubleshooting skills for Windows 10,8,7 and MAC (good to have)
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care

What you will provide:

  • Make outbound telephone calls  
  • Set appointments with Decision Makers (DM) for the Outside Sales Team  
  • Research and Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Outside Sales team 
  • Preform follow-up activities  
  • Attend virtual sales meetings  
  • Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in our CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Director of Inside Sales

  • To serve as the escalation point of the Sales Team regarding technical concerns and inquiries
  • To provide technical advice, quality and compatibility checks for custom built systems
  • To create, follow up and process system quotations for the sales team or the customer directly.

What you will provide: 

  • Take price or schedule enquiries from previous and new customers of an Australian service company and convert them to sales bookings.
  • Upsell other products and services to customers to increase the job value of initial service enquiry.
  • Manage customer service issues and ensure all leads and service enquiries are actioned prior to end of business day
  • Manage job scheduling and logistics of Australian operations as liaised with the Australian business operations manager
  • Report franchise and technician service issues to Head Office. Coordinate technical enquiries that are beyond the scope of support.
